Due to the lightweight nature of these cards, shipping one box of cards qualifies for First Class Mail, so we can offer this type of shipment at a very low flat rate. If you purchase more than one box of cards, we use standard USPS Priority Mail, and the rates are based on the weight of your package.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from your order date. If your order requires expedited service, please make note of your special requirements in the notes at checkout. We only use trackable shipping methods and we cannot be responsible for lost packages that are registered as “delivered.” If you are concerned your package may get taken after delivery, please request we require a signature for delivery.
Please be advised that all international orders are shipped via USPS, unless requested otherwise. We currently only ship internationally to the U.K. and Canada. If you are located in another country and wish to purchase from our website, please contact us at: alissa@forestcityofthesouth.com
The United States Postal Service (USPS) only includes the time a package stays in transit in their estimations. Packages dropped off at a post office during business hours usually leave that day. Packages dropped off after hours may take an additional day. Distance also plays a factor. Packages sent to inter-state locations may arrive sooner than packages sent across the country. We’ll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but we cannot guarantee them.
United States: 1-3 business days for First-Class Mail and Priority Mail
U.K. and Canada: 11-20 days for First-Class Package International or 6-10 days for Priority Mail International
Some packages may take longer to arrive due to mailing delays. USPS also recognizes federal holidays and will hold packages in transit on those days. Occasionally, USPS experiences a backlog, especially around peak times such as Christmas. The backlog may cause packages to arrive after the estimated time. Weather delays may also play a factor. While USPS delivers in bad weather, severe weather and national disasters can prevent mail from reaching affected areas.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
